Drive increased store productivity and profitability by managing retail store segmentation and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform deep dive analysis using internal data and external benchmarks to identify growth key performance indicators, and profit improvement opportunities across our fleet of stores
  • Maintain store segmentation and make updates to logic and attribution as business changes
  • Identify top priority doors based on opportunity and ensure cross functional teams are aligned to support
  • Compile thoughtful, comprehensive industry analysis and identify key trends
  • Analyze fixture and store performance to track results of capital investments and make recommendations for future roll-outs
  • Communicate sharp storylines calling out key insights from complex analyses
  • Develop crisp and visually appealing slides and visualizations to deliver insights
  • Formulate and effectively communicate data-driven recommendations to improve business performance
  • Act as key source of information for how retail business units are performing, and provides insight into possible areas of improvement., mitigates risk that could be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new strategies, processes. and/or support technologies.

  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills including ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
  • Able to work under pressure quickly, effectively and efficiently
  • Takes initiative, doesn't wait for direction - Builds for the future - Takes personal ownership and accountability - Is resourceful in getting things done

  • 1-2 years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm
  • Experience in retail, merchandising or consumer-facing businesses required
