About the Role

In this role, you will play an important role within the Gap Inc. Global Employer Brand Marketing team to craft and execute strategic digital campaigns that inspire the way employees, prospective employees, business partners and customers think about Gap Inc. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to partner with our Talent Acquisition teams and purpose-led brands to ideate on storytelling opportunities and data-driven marketing campaigns that will highlight our company values and culture and align to the desired employee experience journey to target top talent.  

This role will play an integral role in bringing our employer brand to life for past, present and future Gap Inc. team members with a particular focus on high visibility recruitment efforts for the employer brand segments that drive our business forward -- stores and distribution centers.

What You'll Do

  • Help define and amplify Gap Inc.'s employer brand promise, differentiators, positioning, personality and messaging
  • Drive global employer brand recognition by collaborating with internal recruiting partners and external media agencies to track and evaluate recruiting trends, develop key candidate profiles and determine the strongest strategies across all channels to drive our hiring efforts across all brands
  • Manage the company's Employer Brand presence on recruitment marketing platforms (e.g LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Develop brand scorecards, KPIs and deliver insights on the effectiveness of all paid recruitment campaigns and channels to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed
  • Oversee external agencies and vendors, manage budgets, recommend new trends and strategic opportunities
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Communications team to ensure brand alignment and connectivity


Who You Are

  • 7-10 years experience in recruitment marketing, performance marketing, media planning or demand generation
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across marketing channels, including paid search, paid social advertising and content distribution, including managing relationships with external entities, like Google, LinkedIn and other ad networks
  • Experience managing paid channels such as Paid search, Paid Social & Paid Display
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
  • Dynamic, creative and a data-driven thinker who brings a drive towards teamwork, communication and strategic solutions.
