Join our expanding Online team! We are offering an exciting full-time position as a CRM & Loyalty Specialist at the Gothenburg HQ.

The CRM & Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the CRM strategy. You will also be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions. The main area of focus however is to support and make best-practices recommendations to all teams which use the CRM solution. 

You should also be updated and understand the CRM system we use to run data sets and discern meanings from the same, but also to be able to educate other departments on how to use the system.

Additionally, in this role, one would need to collaborate with business areas to gather and document new and existing requirements while providing recommendations and suggestions for solutions. You will research and give suggestions for short and long-term actions to increase multiple purchases by our customers, how we can improve loyalty and build a stronger community. You give input and suggestions to online, marketing, and brand to tweak and hone multifaceted communications programs designed to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
  • Spotting ways to improve the usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks
  • Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM
  • Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value. 
  • Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of loyalty/Community program
  • Pull reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Analyze reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business, or closely related field
  • Proven work experience within CRM
  • Experience & strong skills within Excel
  • Knowledge of BI systems
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management
  • Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets
  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales
