ABOUT THE TEAM
As a Product Manager on the Technology Team, you have the opportunity to shape the future of Zalando Stores' growth. Working closely with the engineering team and stakeholders across Zalando, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for a part of our tooling/services as well as their execution, significantly improving the daily work of colleagues across our warehouse, office and stores.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Discover and deliver the next generation of intelligent and automated tooling opportunities which will support the continued growth of Zalando Stores. You will hold a key role in establishing an automated and process-efficient organization.
- Own part of the product backlog and work collaboratively with multiple technical, commercial and operational teams to enable key strategic business outcomes for our business unit.
- Contribute to a clear, impactful mid-and long-term product vision and strategy while establishing seamless and effective communication with relevant stakeholders across all levels
- Shape and champion an inclusive culture and diverse team environment.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment with cross-functional teams building products that change how people work.
- Successful track record of building the product vision and roadmap, driving the development through the phases of discovery, define, design and deliver
- Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand concepts and understand how to manage the team through ambiguity.
- Skilled communicator that can bridge the natural divide between business and technology, building up trust with key stakeholders, and pitching your ideas/vision.
- Experience promoting inclusive culture practices and processes that are models for others.
