Online fashion destination Zalando is looking for a Senior Global Marketing Manager with a focus on Brand Campaign Management. As a member of the Global Marketing team within Global Marketing Communication & Creatives, you operate from our HQ in Berlin. Working collaboratively with the different Marketing teams, Creative Direction, Media and Analytics, you'll devise and execute fully integrated marketing initiatives to help build our brand image internationally.

As an online innovator, you'll keep ahead of our competitors, as a pioneer in the online retail landscape. You have excellent brand marketing skills and experience in managing 360° campaigns. You like working in an agile cross-functional team, and collaborating with external partners. You are strategic and pragmatic at the same time. You love fast-paced and ever changing surroundings. You are up-to-speed with the latest in fashion, retail and digital marketing.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Develop and implement brand marketing initiatives on a global level to shape the brand. You steer all global marketing initiatives in line with KPI's and marketing strategy - driving marketing innovation, brand consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead customer centric, cross-market campaigns end to end from strategic brief to go-live and steer relevant Zalando and Partner stakeholders (esp. creative agencies) to ensure they work jointly to put impactful initiatives in place.
  • Collaborate closely with our 23+ countries and guide them with their channel strategies. You demonstrate leadership in engaging and working with internal and external resources.
  • You foster innovation to always bring your activations and campaigns one step forward compared to the competition. Coordinate the in-depth evaluation of your initiatives and proactively optimize the approach.
  • Lead, support, develop and coach your team to ensure success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • A degree in Marketing or a relevant related field
  • 6-8 years of expertise in developing a brand in Fashion, Retail, E-Commerce. Experience in managing 360° campaigns and coordinating creative agencies. Experience managing a team in an international environment.
  • Work experience in an international environment
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape including all digital touchpoints, esp. latest social media tools, trends, and platforms.Strong strategic thinking and communication skills. You have qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and are familiar with market research methods.
  • You have an eye for creative and out of the box thinking, a thorough understanding of Zalando's audience and core topics (fashion, trends, music, art). You possess great knowledge of international fashion industry, trends and digital developments.
  • You have excellent project management skills and ability to drive others under pressure. You're proactive, have a hands-on mentality with the strong will to get things done.
