Job Title: Analyst, ESG Business Solutions

Primary Purpose:
The ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units, the TRP EGS's Team, the Materials Management , Product Development Teams to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address & solve for TPR ESG 2025 Goals.

This Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.

The successful individual will leverage their proficienciesin IT Business Solutions for Materials andProduct Lifecycle Management to work on Global Customer Experience & Re-Commerce.

They will:
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development/execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs across the ESG Tapestry System Landscape
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
- Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements & develop and execute test plans
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Working knowledge of writing reports with of PLM
- Assist with and test implementation for all payer and vendor relationships to ensure data transfer collection, quality and reporting relationships are working appropriately down to the market level to ensure market team member and provider experience is appropriate
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project)

- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Must have some proficiency with systems logic and languages
- Skill sets to work on large scale or small projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
- Demonstrated fluency in supply chain business processes
- Dynamic and willing to challenge the status quo
- An understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies

- Some experience as a Business Analyst, with proficiency in process mapping and controls design
