About the Role

This position is responsible for project managing various tasks within the Packaging workflow. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Manager on coordination of meetings, updates to project status sheets, routing/communication of marketing materials to other internal partners (copy, design, studio, marketing managers, sourcing/production updates to Workfront (marketing project tool), and preparation of meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of project management within the packaging channels under the guidance of Project Manager
  • Support project execution from briefing through Studio release, ensuring they meet business requirements
  • Aid in importing projects in copy tool (Talkoot) and route copy for approval and translations
  • Update status report and running weekly status meetings, when needed
  • Attend weekly briefing & status meetings, communicate new project schedules to team, add new project schedules to Workfront and status sheets, send recaps
  • Communicate project schedules and due dates to copy, creative, and production teams
  • Lead day-to-day development, routing, and approvals of packaging jobs
  • Help in managing stakeholder routing and approvals of creative and feedback
  • Gain thorough understanding of team roles in projects and processes
  • Gain understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay "on brand" - recognize differences in the look and feel of specialty versus factory

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising
  • Agency and retail experience a plus
