We are recruiting for positions in Market Research with different levels of experience:
Market Research Manager and Senior Market Research Manager

As a Market Researcher Manager you deliver insights that support strategic decision making of diverse stakeholders throughout Zalando.
  • You are responsible for mainly quantitative ad-hoc and continuous market research tracking projects from beginning to end.
  • Based on your market research experience and strong project management skills you develop sound research designs, select the appropriate research techniques and analysis methods, translate research findings into business recommendations to guide customer centric decisions in our markets.
  • With your strong communication and consulting skills you share your insights and recommendations with various stakeholders throughout Zalando.
  • You are providing ideas to further innovate and develop our best-in-class research capabilities and scale our research toolset in cooperation with the data engineering and data science teams.
  • A degree in Marketing/Market Research, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics or Psychology or comparable subject, with an academic record of high achievement.
  • Excellent knowledge of questionnaire design, multivariate analytics and reporting survey data gained through 3+ years of hands-on experience in a market research institute or as a corporate market researcher.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to plan and prioritize work effectively in ad hoc research projects and continuous tracking studies.
  • You have a purpose-first mind-set and customer-oriented attitude and your working style is proactive and solution-oriented to support our stakeholders.
  • You are skillful with coding for data processing and analysis in SPSS or R
  • Bonus points if you've experience with Python and/or with dashboard solutions such as Microstrategy/PowerBI and SQL.
