DANNIJO is looking for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will lead the brand's social content strategy and execution under the brand vision. This position will oversee the curation and creation of DANNIJO's Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, Snap Chat, Pinterest and YouTube content along with other relevant channels.

Primary Job Responsibilities-

-Create & curate engaging social content

-Execute our aesthetic across all of our social channels 

-Balance in-house content curation and outsourced content creation. Manage a network of internal and external content contributors, reviewing and editing the content on a weekly basis to curate the feed(s).

-Create content from concept to completion for fashion and lifestyle content

- Collaborate with teams across Brand Marketing, PR and Buying to amplify and optimize the brand message for social media

-Identify on-brand tastemakers in the social communities and build partnerships with influencers, brand advocates and other creatives

- Plan the monthly content calendar across DANNIJO's key organic social channels and produce a weekly/monthly content schedule that aligns with the website, brand campaign, product pushes and events. Must have an engaging and timely narrative, flows smoothly and brings to life the DANNIJO brand voice.

-Build organic community engagement through likes and thoughtful community

-Optimize platforms and identify new channels that are brand appropriate  and aligned with brand strategy and acquisition strategies

- Analyze performance of social content on a weekly basis and use this to constantly evolve the calendar moving forward and develop weekly and monthly reporting to be shared cross-functionally

-Manage the content creation budget

- Research and identify emerging social media trends and features

- Continue to innovate, test and learn based on the ever-changing social landscape

Required Skills-

-Creative, innovative and strategic thinker

-Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

-Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Education & Experience-

-Bachelors degree required

-3+ years social media channel management and content creation experience (including Tik Tok)

-Fashion or lifestyle experience

-Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

-Photography, video and design skills are a plus
