ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you build and lead the team responsible for our paid social activities on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, GDN and UAC. Your team is in charge of the development and performance of these channels, including research and new ad formats.
You own the return of investment of the channels and the relationship with partners as well internal stakeholders. You also work with our product teams on defining the strategic priorities for the coming quarters.
You develop our next commercial milestones, with bets into AR formats and influencer marketing at scale. The key part of the job is ensuring that the team is able to deliver on its ambitious goals.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Commercial acumen: you have an instinctive understanding of numbers and can talk to anyone about the performance of your channels. You can see and seize opportunities quickly; you make every euro count;
  • Stakeholder management : you can easily communicate the requirements of your teams to management; product; and the engineering side of the organisation. You also maintain a network of relationships internally between the markets and the brand organisation;
  • Zero to one: you can drive the development of new areas; you have a test and learn mindset and are excited about the opportunities opened by the rise of social commerce, AR and the creator economy;
  • Leadership : we are building the team up. You can inspire and manage individual contributors; you find a way to make people successful.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Expertise: you have a track record in growing performance marketing channels. You have strong channel knowledge in paid social, display and digital video marketing as well as influencer programs - ideally an eye for what makes customers tick on different social media platforms.
  • Team leadership: you have experience in leading performance marketing teams as well as the ability to attract and retain great people.
  • Commercial acumen: you define and hit commercial targets for 9 figure budgets on different channels. You have experience with commercial planning.
  • Solution focus: You enable the team to identify the biggest opportunities and optimal solutions fast and reliably. You enjoy driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communication: you clearly communicate even complex topics using simple and easy to understand language, both verbally and in writing. You adjust your style and wording to your audience.
