The Role

The Wholesale & Drop-Ship Coordinator is responsible for bringing in new business as well as maintaining and managing existing partners. This includes working with our third party logistics to assure that all sales orders are processed, tracked and delivered. The role requires proficient communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for wholesale accounts 
  • Manage product content across drop-ship and wholesale accounts 
  • Create and share linesheets
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales summaries 
  • Order processing and maintenance 
  • Work with production to ensure all orders are sent within the delivery window 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, operations, and data entry (1-2 years experience is preferred) 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Great follow-up
  • Proficient in Excel
