About the Role

In this role you'll work front and center in defining the best path forward for our Old Navy. The Product Strategy team at Old Navy is a key part of the Strategy and Innovation team. The team drives growth strategies for the Brand, working with cross-functional partners including ecommerce, consumer insights, merchandising, design, production, stores, marketing, operations, and innovation.

As Senior Manager of Product Strategy, you will be in a highly visible role, contributing to critical projects for the Brand. Come join our team and help drive Old Navy's next phase of growth!

What You'll Do

  • Identify product growth opportunities and develop strategies to bring them to life across the digital and retail experience
  • Test and learn how customers react to these strategies through a mix of qualitative prototyping and quantitative research, working with Customer Insights, Product, Digital, and Stores teams
  • Partner with SVP of Merchandising, divisional GMs, and Finance to drive our Product Long Range Planning process
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership (Merchandising, Design, Production, Inventory Management, Marketing, etc.), serving as the expert on market, competitor, and customer dynamics in priority areas

Who You Are

  • Flexible and willing to "roll up your sleeves"!
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
