To support the Chief Commercial Officer in establishing and distributing prices for all collections, achieving market retail price alignment whilst maximising gross margin. Dealing with global enquiries regarding all pricing matters to support the smooth running of the pricing process from start to finish. To act as the main point of contact for all pricing enquiries.



  • Create new collection prices to include cost, wholesale and retail.
  • Develop a procedure for updating all prices in the system for seasonal styles.
  • Check sales orders and purchase orders for correct prices.
  • Create pricelists in multiple currencies for Ecommerce/global pricing.
  • Audit the prices/factory confirmations to source documentation.
  • Liaise with factories to receive prices and ensure accuracy of prices.
  • Deal with factory invoice disputes.
  • Update retail every season with new collection prices.
  • Manage and monitor Ecommerce prices.
  • Communicate new seasonal prices to various departments.
  • Check sales orders and purchase orders for correct prices.
  • Monitor historical pricing for reorders and similarities in pricing new collections.
  • Analyse pricing season on season, review competition price points both in UK and key international markets proposing price adjustments where necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain weighted gross margin requirements and report back on final seasonal gross margin results.
  • Conduct seasonal price analysis across whole collection and within specific product groups to ensure price alignment and maximised gross margin is achieved.
  • Present historic seasonal margin and pricing analysis (to internal audience) during merchandising/range planning sessions and propose adjustments where necessary.
  • Deal with queries from clients on all pricing and currency matters.
  • Liaise with other departments on all pricing matters and work together with the Pricing Analyst - Production to ensure coverage of the entire pricing process from cost to retail.
  • Any other tasks as requested.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience as a Pricing Analyst in a similar high profile organisation, ideally within a luxury brand.
  • Intellect: Excellent analytical, report-writing skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a strong, solution-based mindset. Ability to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills.
  • Excellent Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office and analytical presentation skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong and effective presentation skills and ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels.
  • Ambassador: Representing Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion.
  • Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
  • Accuracy: High level of accuracy required in all tasks.

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Bachelor degree in finance or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of industry including competitors and market trends.
