Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community and Influence, this role will support the department to implement the Community and Influence strategy. The role is responsible for coordinating Influencer activations working closely with Burberry regional teams to support their local needs in order to meet the KPIs set for the department, particularly the Earned Media Value (EMV) and Earned Mention Goals. This role will support the department with administrative support and also support the team with fostering relationships with Social creators.


• Act as the point person for creation of Instragram and Tik Tok capture briefs for creators; work closely with art direction, brand protection and social teams to ensure all relevant information is included.
• Be the contact person for contract negotiations for paid posts with social creators (Tik Tok focus) and for briefing regions and social creators.
• Update the 1 World of Influence (1WOI) dedicated budget per activation with the regions and both Social and Influencer teams including processing invoices.
• Support the VP Brand & Influence, and Senior Manager, Community & Influence to draft strategy decks and talent proposal decks for influencer and community activations
• Support the team with product send-outs for 1WOI activations
• Help drive the talent identification process finding new and relevant talent for influencer Tik Tok and social activations- and facilitates approvals process.
• Create the monthly Influencer and Community competitor report and analysis for the department.
• Support the team building relationships with IG digital publishers and Tik Tok creators fostering those relationships throughout the year.
• Supervise the two assistants on day-to-day tasks.


• Passionate about contemporary fashion, innovation and culture.
• Strong knowledge of modern digital and social marketing, especially Tik Tok and other social platforms.
• Proven experience in talent negotiations.
• Good Excel, Keynote/powerpoint skills and data analysis skills.
• Experience in sample management and shipping/product send-outs
• Previous experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to operate within an established process.
• Problem-solver and attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a context of ambiguity and change.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Good strategic lens to identify talent.
