About the role

We are building a new team to face fashion search challenges. You will be part of a multicultural, innovative, versatile, supportive environment that takes work-life balance seriously. To have a data driven company is one of our priorities.

The Search team is working on delivering high quality search results from 4M+ items, for 15+ markets in 6+ languages.

What you'll do

You will work with other software engineers and applied scientists to build Vestiaire Collective's fashion search engine. You will work on hard and fun problems of fashion search where personalization matters.

Example of missions :
  • Building fashion search features and applying ranking models.
  • Data Pipelines
  • Elasticsearch query and schema design
  • Applying personalization to search

Who you are
  • Solid experienced in a ny strictly typed language (Go, Java, C/C++..)
  • Experienced in building search engines.
  • Used to work in production with Elasticsearch, Solr or Lucene
  • Curious about Go language
  • Curious about technologies like Apache Spark or Flink knowledge
  • Learning new technologies constantly

Our Technology Stack includes
  • Languages: Go, Python
  • Application Framework: Airflow
  • Data Storage: ElasticSearch, Apache Kafka, Postgresql, Redis, Snowflake
  • Tools: Gitlab, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
