The Business Operations team sits in the centre of the Revenue organisation, linking together different functional groups and enabling scalable growth through business insights, technology and process. This role will be focused on connecting North American teams to define and drive strategic initiatives and projects that support our aggressive growth.

To do this you will bring structure, data-driven insights, and creativity to solve complex problems that don't fit neatly into one area of the company. You will also help build the connective tissue and rigorous execution mechanisms that will power the company's strategic aims for years to come.

What Will You Do?
  • Business Insights and Analysis: Pull different sources of data together & analyse results. Translate data-informed analysis, research and qualitative observations into recommendations. Identify and surface opportunities with market insights, analyze trends of wins/shortfalls in order to accelerate business impact & results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Nurture strong relationships with internal customers and internal partners (especially Sales, Finance and Data Science). Ensure constant alignment of priorities. Effectively navigate the organization to unblock challenges, solicit support and keep projects moving forward.
  • Reporting Cadence: Define and drive the cadence of planning performance and metrics to ensure that business and operational objectives are aligned with the Revenue long term vision. Develop practices to ensure accountability throughout the organization.
  • Revenue Acceleration: Collaborate with Product, Pricing and Finance teams to evaluate the revenue impact of new product initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing teams to understand growth opportunities and action product pivots or accelerate marketing funding.


  • Seasoned cross functional stakeholder management - you can identify and establish when to bring the right teams and people together to focus on the right content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Historical experience of ownership and impact in operations - you're familiar with owning everything in an organization that is sales, strategy & marketing, and proven ability to organize & direct teams
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance and cultural leadership, holding yourself and teams accountable to short and long term strategic goals.
  • Self driven - you're proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity, complexity.
  • Experience analyzing strategic opportunities with strong problem solving aptitude with an analytical mindset, ability to use data + critical thinking to synthesize and outline the business impact.
  • Proven & progressive experience partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives forward
  • You know how to partner with Data leadership and teams to leverage data to make great decisions
  • Adept at leading business reviews, leading areas to develop operational dashboards to evaluate performance while highlighting insights & actioning opportunities
  • Strong ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities, demonstrated impact at getting things done in a fast-paced dynamic & growing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in written and verbal form
