The Team
The Strategy and Consumer Insights team is consumer driven and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.

The team's scope is global, with expertise in all markets, regions and across all channels. All aspects of the brand experience from positioning to look and feel to voice are driven by the department. Always keeping the consumer at the center of decision making allows us to make faster and more effective decisions.

The Position and Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead development of the Global Tracker program, and manage it in an efficient and effective way across PVH brands and regions. The position
  • works on behalf of PVH Corp as the deliverables are needed cross brand, cross region strategically (e.g strategic planning, KPI brand framework) and operationally (e.g impact of campaign or marketing activities)
  • requires extensive contact, partnership and thought leadership with senior stakeholders across all regions
  • is responsible for driving a culture of insight within PVH by securing and enabling usage of data and insights across main planning processes through clear recommendations
  • Within the team, this position will be the go-to-person on major quantitative projects, leveraging the quant competence across the team to set-up, use, analyse & present studies, and secure follow-up action & impact with business partners.
  • Within the Team, this position will work closely with the Senior Manager - strategy insights

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience at senior level for at least 7 years
  • Experience in similar role in consumer insights in consumer goods, ideally in apparel /fashion industry or related agency role
  • Proven record of managing global big quantitative programs from methodology set-up, through results analysis, to stakeholder management. Experience in KPI & target set-up is a plus
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills at senior level; able to think brand, consumer & commercially, and to demonstrate it
  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage-upwards, downwards and sideways, and get the best out of agency partners
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Project management and organization skills
  • Confidence, motivation, credibility, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to bring the very best to the team - in other words, able to work effectively in a matrix structure where persuasion is more important than hierarchy.
  • Genuine interest in brands &/or the apparel category
  • Has self-awareness (incl. their strengths, development needs, work styles) & can demonstrate empathy for others'
