Job Title: eCommerce Product Analyst, Digital Product
Primary Purpose:
We are looking for an eCommerce Product Analyst, Digital Product to join the Tapestry Digital Product & Innovation team. The Product Analyst will be playing an instrumental role in reviewing and analyzing customer journeys to identify friction points, come up with actionable insights for data driven decision making. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Management leadership day to day, and partner with UX, analytics, performance IT, vendors, brand, customer service, fulfillment, legal, and finance.

- Decompose Product ideas into Epics, user stories, and sequence them for delivery
- Partner with UX, Analytics, Engineering, QA and Business partners on feature design and development, including but not limited to product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Evaluate information received to mitigate conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, translate low-level information to business understanding, and distinguish requests from underlying needs
- Collate data for analysis for the assigned product area (Ex: Purchase path)
- Perform competitive analysis and identify key differences
- Measure KPI's features for their products

The accomplished individual will possess...
- A 3-5 years of Ecommerce Business Analyst or Product Analyst experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-a compelling, impactful storyteller

- Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts
- Collaborative and a passion for digital products - not just the way they work but how they feel to the end user
