Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. Mostly the teams here are focused around Technology and Store of the Future. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!


As part of the Operations PMO you'll manage strategic projects using our framework and best practices. You'll oversee the lifecycle and engage with business and technical team members to achieve the project goals. You'll also have an active role in our portfolio, aiding with its analytics, organization, budget, reporting to business and stewarding projects.


    • Perform internal PMO analysis, support ceremonies and help organize the associated portfolios of projects
    • Contribute to the accomplishment of the PMO strategy through the evolution of its framework, budget management and analytics
    • Perform stakeholder management, identifying roles, responsibilities and needs
    • Help identify the vision, mission, success criteria and expected impact of projects
    • Ensure the scope, timeline, budget and deliverables of projects meet the needs of our business. Coordinate with other teams for a successful delivery.
    • Perform risk management and implement handling strategies. Manage dependencies and associated fulfillment strategies
    • Document projects following the PMO guidelines for scalable execution. Share the lessons learned
    • Keep an effective communication during the project to ensure execution transparency


    • Graduated in Information Systems or related, with 4+ years of working experience and 2+ years in Project Management
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the capability to build relationships at multiple levels in the organization
    • Experience with business analytics and project management tools will be valued
    • Experience managing large-scale complex projects in multinational organizations with multicultural teams will be valued
    • Knowledge of methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban and associated tools is recommended. Project Management certifications will be valued
    • Detail oriented with an ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information
