Senior Designer BOSS Womenswear Denim (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Designer Denim (m/f/d) to support our BOSS Womenswear creative team as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Thematic and qualitative implementation of the season's trends for denim based on the briefing by Concept Design assuring the visibility of BOSS DNA in each garment
• Proactive development in execution of sketches and tech packs, fabric direction and ideas as well as leading fitting sessions and meeting collection deadlines
• Proactive strategic thinking in relation to processes, workflow, design and direction of the Denim collection as a whole
• Intensive collaboration with Concept Design, Brand Management, Trim Team, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design and Technical
• Preparation, management and presentation of meetings as well as active participation in meetings
• Research of trends and innovation, benchmark analysis of competitors
• Implementation of the company's strategic guidelines

Your profile:

• At least 5 to 7 years professional design experience in womenswear with specific focus on denim
• BA in Fashion Design or Equivalent
• Conceptional and strategic thinking
• Current on technology trend within the Denim landscape
• Strong knowledge of Denim fabrics and wash capabilities
• Excellent organisational talent, assertiveness, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment, open minded and team player
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in collection development
• Very good/ fluent knowledge of English
