Head of Marketing
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join Harrods as the Head of Marketing, reporting to the Director of Marketing to develop and execute the overall marketing plan for Harrods, Knightsbridge.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual, with strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate, influence and manage key stakeholders across the business. The Head of Marketing will apply customer, market and commercial knowledge to develop the marketing plan for the multifaceted Harrods business. You will also be responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure the execution of effective 360 marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You will have significant experience in leading marketing functions with a strong customer focus, in a complex business, with a luxury background, or demonstrated knowledge of the industry. You will need a demonstrable track record in building brand campaigns across all channels that contribute to the growth and success of a business.
A forward-looking test and learn mentality is key. You will have the capacity to deliver within a fast-paced operational environment. You must be commercially minded with a KPI focus and ROI mentality, and you will be a team player with a willingness to adapt to different situations and points of view.
