We are looking for that exceptional someone to join our US East Regional Business Operations and Enablement team to rocketfuel and equip our merchant-facing teams with the critical knowledge and craft to successfully deliver an amazing experience for our Merchants.

This role will be in charge of designing and executing our merchant-facing/ craft programs, working cross-functionally to project manage key initiatives as well as setting the tone for what the value our Partner ecosystem brings to our merchants. This exciting role has a significant impact on our organizations' success, particularly when working with our Partners, and plays a pivotal role in setting the tone and culture for the US East region.

About the role:
  • Develop a communication strategy and calendar that works for Merchant-facing teams in the US East.
  • Build and execute programming for our Partner Managers to help them understand the value of our product lines and new features.
  • Build and execute learning programs to educate our merchant-facing and marketing teams on when, how, and why they should work with our Partners.
  • Build and run regional Partner experiments/pilots to accelerate revenue generation for the region
  • Project Management - Manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Build/deliver a US East Partner onboarding experience while augmenting the global onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with Coaches and Leads to identify gaps where Enablement can solve for. This can be either from a craft or partner-learning perspective.
  • Identify and improve the process and operational gaps for internal teams when working with partners
  • Facilitation, workshops, and change management - support in-region delivery of programs and learnings.
  • Align with both merchant-facing teams and Partnerships teams strategic priorities in delivering programs - the right training, content, tools, processes, and communications that help the region excel.
  • Report on KPI's for in-region programs including:
    - content consumption KPIs
    - behavioural outcome KPIs
    - business performance outcome KPIs
  • Drive education and awareness of our enablement programs to key audiences including new employees, leaders, and cross-functional Global and Regional teams.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing or business development/partnership roles, preferable in a SaaS company
  • Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent cross-functional and collaborative skills between multiple stakeholders
  • Enablement program management skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills

    It would be great if you have experience with:

  • Gong
  • Guru
  • G-Suite skills
