As a Customer Care Team Lead you are responsible for the French Team. You will guide your team with regular meetings, coaching, support and motivation whilst helping achieve company goals.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Maintain a constant flow of information within the team and the next level supervisor
  • Initiate qualification measures and offer technical support for your team members to maintain the quality expectations
  • Prepare reports and control your teams goals, you will supervise your teams key performance indicators
  • Secure the required service level by providing support and by developing performance themed workshops


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Ideally, you completed a business apprenticeship and gathered already some professional experience in customer care and / or leading small teams or projects related to customer service
  • Strong communication skills in French and business fluent English
  • Enjoy motivating and supporting your employees and helping them to work in a customer-oriented manner
  • Experienced handling of the PC and the common G Suite products
