Ecommerce Intern

Purpose and objective

To support the long term, profitable growth of the ecommerce business by supporting various ecommerce team members.

The duties of the E-Commerce Assistant Include but are not limited to:

• PHOTOSHOOTS: Assist with retouching notes and ensuring all files are received in a timely manner
• PRODUCT UPLOADS: Support in uploading images, sorting and linking products on the site via apps
• SAMPLE COORDINATION: Responsible for sample collection for photoshoots, reshoots and sending out product to affiliate partners
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Respond to customer service tickets per service level agreements and departmental guidelines 
• OTHER: Ad hoc projects as requested by manager

Ideal Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Shopify
• Excel / Google Docs
