The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We`re searching for a Specialist Digital Success (m/f/x) to join our headquarters in Düsseldorf's Media Harbour whose mission will be to support the company's advancing digital strategy to stay ahead of the race and continue to be a pioneer in Digital Selling. The Digital Success team sits within the Digital Business department, responsible for the acceptance and user experience of our Digital solutions, both for B2B and B2C. We are looking for ambitious individuals that support the team with their entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about becoming a Digital Selling Product champion. Fur us, Digital Success means using this knowledge to engage with our users to drive best-in-class digital-first experiences and to effectively guide users towards their desired outcomes.

A day in the life of a specialist Digital success (m/f/x):
  • You will be the central contact for all inquiries regarding the use and orchestration of our Digital Selling tools
  • You will make sure that users get maximum value from our Digital Selling solutions by supporting them through high-touch engagements
  • You will be a Digital Selling Product champion to translate user stories into best-in-class digital experiences
  • You will collaborate with Product Owners and various internal stakeholders to drive people centric technology acceptance and make sure that all stakeholders are informed, engaged and empowered
  • You plan the go-to-market approach of Digital Products, communicate releases of new functionalities and run Product demos to drive the adoption of the various Digital Selling solutions
  • You will explore, develop and lead communication initiatives for the future Digital Business communication landscape and user experience strategy
  • You will be inspired by an interdisciplinary and international collaboration in an agile environment

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree in Business economics or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in a fashion, lifestyle or tech company and passion for tech as well as digital trends
  • The ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way
  • Knowledge in Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and experience in video- and photo editing as an advantage
  • Design thinking skills as an advantage
  • Passionate about communication relating to digital and technology
  • A hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
  • A team player mentality to share successes and celebrate together
