Reporting to the Senior Logistics Planning Manager, you will design processes and tools that support and automate existing forecasting processes. You will also simulate, predict and enable visibility on how the Customer-facing Algorithms are performing. You will be essential to ensure understanding between operational/commercial decisions and product roadmap, and to build the requirements that translate business decisions into product details. You will be a key asset in a better understanding on how profitability will be impacted by Customer-facing Algorithms decisions, and will ensure all teams are aligned with the our goals.


    • You will work with the Product Team to maintain a simulation tool to provide business visibility on how Customer-facing Algorithms are performing.
    • Work with the product teams to build an wider long-term vision on the broader impacts of the several customer-facing algorithms interactions. Building a clearer vision on the wider impacts on changing behaviors will have within the several different algorithms.
    • Working with Logistics Planning Manager, will help build and follow metrics to measure impacts on Customer-facing Algorithms changes. Helping improve profitability as the main driver.


    • BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or another technical field;
    • +2 years of experience in data analysis.
    • Experienced with SQL, BigQuery, Python is valued;
    • Experienced with reporting tools: Tableau and Looker;
    • Ability to identify solutions to problems and opportunities by analyzing data;
    • Project management;
    • With a commercial mindset;
    • Able to work in a fast moving operational environment;
    • Marketplace and e-commerce experience are valued;
    • Fluent in English.
