As a Project Manager HR Expansion (w/m/d) you play an important role for the extension of our logistics network within Europe. You represent the People & Organisation (P&O) side of things in ramp-up projects and as a member of the P&O Team you will be responsible for making sure that we plan all P&O measures in line with the projected timeline of the opening and ramp up of our new Logistic centers.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Support the economic and calculatory review of the entire planning and development process of new logistic centers until their launch
  • Be innovative with your expertise and a great communicator to find solutions for upcoming challenges in a high-paced environment
  • Oversee the search, hiring and onboarding processes at every ramp-up stage to make sure that we have the right number of people at the right time and place
  • Coordinate and support the operational team and P&O unit as well as the labour law team together with the business units
  • Align the local P&O Team on the new site as well as the central overhead (P&O) functions and involve them in the process at any relevant point
  • Build efficient relationships and networks with external and internal partners and service providers to ensure that all deliverables are completed in time
  • Guarantee a high level of transparency by diligently documenting and continuously reporting the progress of the new logistics site for (senior) stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as project manager ideally in a logistics and / or HR environment where fluent German and English language skills are needed
  • A successfully completed university degree in business studies with a specialization in Human Resources or Management
  • High level of ownership for your projects, assertiveness and reliability with your given tasks and responsibilities
  • The ability to build a strong network and interpersonal connections as well as to coordinate all stakeholders of a project focusing on one common goal
  • A fast learner and interested to create structures or processes in a complex, ever changing and highly engaging environment
  • Open to regular travel
