As a Senior Sales Manager for Zalando Lounge, you're part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion. You will promote the exciting concept of an Offprice partnership to core and niche brands for Zalando Lounge with its 14 European markets.

  • Proactively grow our partner base by identifying opportunities and acquiring new partners for our 14 European markets, with the focus on France, Italy and Spain
  • Develop and establish pitches, content and negotiation tactics to successfully sell Zalando Lounge to new partners with a high level of complexity and impact
  • Creation of tailor-made presentations based on internal and external insights and confidently present to external stakeholders of different seniority levels, up to executive level
  • Successfully closing deals and contracts with partners with high business impact or local relevance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the suppliers and pass on the opportunity to the Buying Team once the deal is closed
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels of proficiency from various teams across different Business Units
  • Manage long sales cycles with top level management stakeholders, meeting demanding sales goals with your result driven approach.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the industry, especially in Premium, Sports and Kids
  • In-depth knowledge of the local fashion markets of the main countries of Zalando Lounge, especially France, Italy and Spain and a corresponding network
  • Profound understanding of the Offprice industrie and Zalando Lounge, in-depth knowledge of its key competitors, successfully and independently selling it to external stakeholders, keeping the company strategy in your selling approach.
  • Proficient in Excel. Excellent communication skills in English and French with the ability to engage in a multilingual international customer base and teams, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
