Vestiaire Collective is looking for a FP&A Analyst - Operations to join the FP&A team.

About the role

This job consists in accompanying our Operations teams in designing and implementing our growth strategies at global level. It provides high exposure to senior executives of the Company and numerous opportunities to contribute to highly strategic initiatives. The role consists in enabling decision-making through advanced data / financial analyses and managing operational and financial performance in the "Operations" scope. It is a true business partner role, in a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

You will report to the FP&A Manager - Operations and join a team of 7 FP&A talents.

You will be highly exposed to and will partner with:
  • Our CEO
  • Our Chief Operation Officer responsible for operations, warehouses, and shipping
  • Our Chief Strategy Officer covering payment and customer service
  • Our Chief Commercial Officer handling curation teams
  • Senior leaders of our Finance organization, including our CFO, our FP&A Director and our Group Controller.

What you'll do
  • Plan, budget, forecast and monitoring Vestiaire Collective operational and financial performance
  • Define, forecast, track and analyze a set of operational and financial KPIs (Repayment rate, CPO, CPI, Cost per contacts, Shipping costs, productivity ratios, Customer satisfaction, leadtimes etc...)
  • Conduct advanced financial modeling of every significant Operation project (warehouse openings, supplier tenders, process updates, transport plan updates, geographical expansion)
  • Act as a Business Partner to senior leaders of Operation organization: understand internal clients' needs, support decision-making and monitor Actuals vs. Budget through the creation of dashboards.
  • Participate in the automation, optimization and acceleration of closing and forecasting processes (scoping, implementation and adoption of reporting and forecasting tools, datawarehousing of accounting and forecast data...)
  • Conduct Ad-hoc analyses, that could cover M&A opportunities, new entities opening, etc.

Who you are
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Big brain with integrity and outstanding analytical skills, and self-aware
  • Good interpersonal skills, in English and French, with ability to interact with senior management
  • Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment, under high pressure, short timings
  • Proficient in Excel, and in Data Mining and Data Viz (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau..)
  • Structured, organized, motivated by continuous improvement
  • Enjoying working as a team-player and learning from others.
  • Tech company experience and/or listed environment are not a must but would be a plus
