JOB PURPOSE

Directly reporting to the Production Manager, The Production Assistant is responsible for collecting all the information to create the bill of material of final products. The Production Assistant will monitor the raw material planning and guarantee a correct data analyses on production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor production planning
  • Plan deliveries for external suppliers in terms of raw material and final products
  • Analise cost sheets about final product to collect relevant data for raw material procurement
  • Create bill of materials of finished goods
  • Generate worksheet for external suppliers in terms of production
  • Monitor the labelling process and procurement
  • Interface with tanneries for leather goods testing
  • Analise and report on daily production and raw material data
  • Management of purchasing orders ensuring the follow up with suppliers and the delivery required
  • Support the implementation and the update of production KPIs
  • Liaise with the mainly external/internal stakeholders


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven production planning experience within the luxury/fashion industry
  • Degree in management engeneering or tecnhical engineering
  • Effective relationship management with pd, industrialization and quality and ability to work as part of a team
  • Passionate about leather goods development and production
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Ability to analyse and provide for data
