Job Title: Assistant Web Producer
Primary Purpose: The Stuart Weitzman Assistant Web Producer will support the web production team in content refreshes and ongoing site maintenance. Reporting to the Manager of Web Production, this role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high volume demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update site regularly: create web page layouts, graphics for web pages, and new web elements to match creative mockups, using the provided PSD as reference
- Develop content within existing CMS templates and tools, sometimes with a mix of asset types, including video
- Escalate any limitations of design to stakeholders to manage expectations
- Adjust content in a timely manner based on QA and user feedback to ensure the look and layout of content and features match the team's approval requirements
- Ensure the frontend content on the site is aligned with the luxury market user experience
- Logging any site/CMS defects within the IT ticket system
- Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance
- Maintain current knowledge of all CMS updates as new features and enhancements are built according to business needs/prioritized in sprint cycles
- Ensure technical skills are current; develop and execute plans to close skill gaps as necessary
- Support ad hoc content/product requests

Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of SalesForce Commerce Cloud experience and/or other CMS required
- Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, JavaScript required
- Familiar working with PSD files (Photoshop) and exporting image assets
- Experience optimizing site assets (video, images, etc.) for web
- Debugging web pages using devtools
- Managing files on a server using FTP (FileZilla, Cyberduck, etc.)
- Familiar with project management tools, JIRA experience a plus
- Possess customer-centric mindset
