Job Details

Primary Purpose: As a content creator, you'll be working alongside the customer experience team in order to create training resources and customer outreach tools for the store teams across all channels and global markets. This role will be critical in the quality and effectiveness of all content shared to our store teams shared on our global training tool, social media and digital clienteling platforms.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in media content creation to..
- Design Retail Training collateral pieces such as but not limited to flyers, catalogs, eLearning and training content
- Support the customer experience team with the creation and organization of sales tools and materials for training
- Facilitate the execution of graphic design print media from concept and creation to production
- Adapt our existing brand voice to the content environment, and continue to develop our brand voice through the content
- Understand how to incorporate existing content to build a coherent content experience for our store teams
- Create content in the form of videos, live streams, stop motion, stills and GIFs
- Develop and refine multiple templates to facilitate brand consistency
- Research, plan, develop and communicate concepts
- Provide photography and animation support for training projects

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and Acrobat
- Working experience in using both print and web workspaces
- Good understanding and working experience with composition and typography and social media platforms
- Proficient in using standard office equipment, and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, composition, spelling, organization and time management skills
- Experience using cameras for portrait or Product photography is a plus.
