A little bit about the role

When you work for us, you're more than a placement student - you join our rapidly expanding Gymshark family. We give people the tools they need to reach further, go faster and be the best version of themselves. We work hard, sure, but we have fun while we do it. Sound like you?    

The role of the Loyalty team is to personally know and understand our most valuable customers. Then use that knowledge to drive advocacy from them, whilst working with the Retention Team to create more. 

The Loyalty team do this through understanding our most valuable customers based on behaviour (transactional and behavioural), creating experiences at events, developing and co-ordinating a Surprise and Delight strategy and running HQ tours.

What you'll be doing  

  • Learn about the delivery of loyalty strategies,   ensuring all activity and communications are delivered on   time.    
  • Understand how our campaign results are analysed, and report back on them.
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour   pre and post any loyalty interaction   to understand what campaigns and tactics are working/not working.    
  • Support the Loyalty Managers with the   development   of   Surprise   and   Delight, VIP,   Tour and   Event   Programmes.    
  • Work with the   Data   team to build a clear   understanding   of our customers, and an understanding of what they want.    
  • Think like a customer, all the time, every day.    


What you'll need  

  • Second Year University Student available for a year in industry placement
