This position is responsible for all customer returns that go through our New Jersey based warehouse. The role ensures that all returns are accepted, checked and packed accurately and in a timely fashion. By liaising with the UK E-Commerce and Customer Service teams, the role will support the growth of the US business. 

This position is fully on site at our North Bergen, NJ facility and does not have a remote work option. 

Specific Job Responsibilities:
•Ensure that all customer returns and exchanges are completed in Magento and that the correct procedures are followed according to the nature of the return/exchange. Escalate any issues to management as needed. 
•Refund transactions through the Website Admin via the correct payment method or carry out exchange as requested by customer.
•Check all returned items for damages before returning to web for resale. If item is faulty ensure that it is carefully checked and reported to the appropriate department.
•Maintain customer service team up date of the status of returns/ exchanges.
•Provide seasonal feedback reports to ecommerce manager on all fit items, faulty items, and quality issues 
•Provide monthly reporting on stock movement in warehouse.
•Maintain returns area and warehouse organized and properly maintained by ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and adhere to Health & Safety standards and guidelines daily.
•Ensure warehouse packing supply is ordered in a timely manner.
•Liaise with couriers to ensure any inquiries with shipping are resolved. 
•Transport packages to and from warehouse, retail store and corporate office as needed. 
•Ensure that all shipping and customs paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
•Assist with warehouse duties as required by line manager and ecommerce manager. 

Essential Experience and Skills Required:
•Previous experience working in a warehouse/ stock room environment. 
•Has a valid and in good standing driver’s license and is comfortable driving in NYC.
•Able to lift 40+ pounds.  
•Good working knowledge in using computer systems.
•Experience in providing excellent customer service.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
