ABOUT THE JOB 

We are looking for a Sales Leader who will take strategic ownership of business development and client retention. You will lead a team of 3 specialised sectors: creative industries, music and content creators with the ultimate aim of achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

We’ve got exciting plans to expand our production in the US and you will play a key role in developing the strategy and execution for our US expansion.

We are looking for more than just a sales pro! We need someone who also oozes passion for the music and creative industries. Sound like you? Read on to find out more about what you can expect from the role.

  WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...

Strategy

  • Develop and execute high growth sales strategy in the U.K. and U.S.
  • Design, develop and manage commission plans to motivate and incentivise everyone fairly across the teams
  • Partner with the data team to ensure the sales team is equipped with the easily digestible data they need to make solid data-driven decisions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment across the business
  • Developing processes, tools, guidance that are fit for scale
  • Prepare figures and commentary quarterly for our board of directors
  • Take a hands-on approach to create strategy, motivate teams, and generate high-impact commercial results

Leadership

  • Lead and develop our Sales team both within the U.K. & U.S.
  • Constantly work to improve sales team processes with the aim of increasing productivity
  • Set specific, challenging and measurable KPIs - and drive team performance against these
  • Educating and leading our Sales team in implementing effective sales strategies and supplying them with the best tools to continue to drive high-quality client acquisition growth
  • Ensure our team is giving the highest level of client support and able to jump into client meetings to navigate any tricky situations when necessary
  • Immersing yourself in the creative industries in UK & worldwide and building a strong network

 

THE ESSENTIALS...... 

  • Someone who has led a Sales team in another rapid growth business with international markets

  • Experience with strategic seller acquisition and growth, category management, Gen-Z consumer insight
  • High passion for our customer base: creatives & music industry
  • Previous experience managing teams remotely across borders and expanding into new international markets
  • A strategist - known for using data to influence decisions that make a meaningful impact
  • Entrepreneurial flair and passion for start-ups - Not afraid to wear multiple hats, get your hands dirty, and do whatever is needed to scale Everpress
  • An inspirational leader who is passionate about creating inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and has the tools to be successful
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with diverse audiences
