Title: Sr. HubSpot Engineer
Location: This is a fully remote position. If you are located near one of our LIKEtoKNOW.it offices, come have a coffee when you want to socialize!
Reports to: Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Hubspot Engineer will be part of a team dedicated to providing tools and solutions to our internal Sales team. Their primary customer is the Brand Platform Sales team, who is tasked with acquiring Brand customers and selling / executing Creator Collaborations utilizing our digital ad marketplace. This role is to help design and build out solutions to enable the sales team to scale our business to the next level.

The ideal candidate is an expert in the HubSpot suite of products and is experienced in developing and implementing HubSpot Sales Hub features and workflows.
  • Own the HubSpot Sales Hub tool features, configuration, administration, and implementation for the Sales team
  • Build out Deal Pipelines, dashboards, and reports that will enable the Sales team to gain insight into the business
  • Create workflow automations to help the Sales team gain efficiencies
  • Provide quality control of data integrity over CRM data and records
  • Architect and build solutions for data synchronization to both emit and consume data to/from other core LTK systems
  • Leverage integration best practices to optimize data usage with our proprietary platform technology
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams on designing, configuring, and maintaining our HubSpot integrations
  • Give realistic estimates of work and deliver on those timelines
  • Work closely with the organization's leadership to maintain HubSpot and other Sales tools in alignment with the direction and mission of the company
  • Maintain HubSpot and relevant connected Sales technology systems to ensure that the tech stack is fully operational and performing at maximum efficiency
  • Provide reports, data and metrics as needed for key executives
  • Regularly QA systems and integrations to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Evangelize HubSpot and training the team on the platform and features
  • Identify areas where HubSpot can further improve our internal processes
  • Research HubSpot's latest features, enhancements, and the ecosystem to help ensure optimal use of the tool
  • Manage user provisioning, including transferring ownership of HubSpot objects during de-provisioning
  • Provide support and help troubleshoot various HubSpot system issues

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent HubSpot certifications
  • HubSpot CRM/Sales Hub certification
  • Expertise of the HubSpot Sales Hub product
  • Experience building and configuring Deal Pipelines, Sales Dashboards, and custom reporting for a Sales organization
  • Proven track record in managing a Hubspot platform
  • Deep technical knowledge of HubSpot APIs, tech capabilities, and implementation strategies
  • Strong knowledge of CRM data hygiene best practices
  • Possess proficient understanding of version control systems to ensure optimum functionality, performance, scalability and security
  • Ability to train and support a Sales team on the tool and capabilities provided
  • Comfortable working inside 3rd party platforms for configuration and maintenance needs
  • Comfortable working with 3rd party platforms for building plugins and integrations
  • Knowledge in general IT / computer troubleshooting and problem solving procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate challenges to project management and business leaders
  • Strategic thinker with great organization, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Experience building and leveraging the following HubSpot features:
    • Companies + Contacts (Maintenance, Duplicate Management, List Management, Data Quality enforcement)
    • Custom Objects and Properties
    • Custom Integrations (with other web apps and back office systems)
    • Data Sync / Export
    • Deals and Pipelines
    • Forecasting
    • Meeting Scheduling Links
    • Quotes (Line Items, Products, Digital Signature, etc.)
    • Reporting / Custom Dashboards
    • Revenue Attribution
    • User, Group, and Role / Permissions Management
    • Workflow Automation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HubSpot Suite certifications
  • Experience in implementing and working with various Marketing and Sales solutions such as CRM, CMS, Customer Engagement Platforms, or AdTech Solutions
  • Experience designing architecture for Enterprise Martech or Sales Enablement Stack
  • Experience planning and executing Hubspot Systems Integrations
  • Experience working with event driven systems
  • Experience building APIs
  • Some experience with Oracle Netsuite systems
