We're looking for a Director of Product Management to help us build an inspiring, intuitive, addicting, “spend half my life on your site” shopping experience for our customers that drives industry-leading sales growth for our business. You are a seasoned Product leader and business operator with strong ecommerce instincts and an analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role as we define our product roadmap, the processes we use as a team, and build out our overall product development organization. In this highly collaborative and influential role, there are endless opportunities for you to align and make recommendations to the Senior leadership team, and impact the overall Doll Kill’s digital & brand experience.


    • Drive Product Vision. Advocate and balance the business requests, customer experience, and technical feasibility in building the features and functionality to aggressively move the business forward.
    • Provide hands-on leadership in product processes & partnering with Engineering to develop the best methodology for teams to deliver successfully. Identify and optimize product processes, tools, testing, releasing, and how to best measure results.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute cross functional plans to deliver features, programs, and consumer experiences.
    • Provide strong mentoring & coaching to the team. A positive force that leads by example in embracing the on-going changes in scaling the high growth business. Lead recruiting and hiring of new talent to team.
    • Champion a data driven culture using data to inform roadmap decisions, measure business KPIs, and drive feature development. Work closely with BI to make sure features are tagged appropriately to measure results and define future needs.
    • Effectively present and communicate with leaders and articulate a point of view; strong communication skills with ability to tailor message to the intended audience, using data & analysis to influence decision making


    • 5-8+ years product management experience, preferably working in consumer facing ecommerce products
    • Retail, direct to consumer, and/or start up experience a bonus
    • Experience leading teams and providing hands on coaching and mentoring
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Experience working across teams (specifically engineering, creative, and business teams) to deliver results
    • Solid knowledge of product management best practices and product development lifecycle
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
