Primary Purpose:
- Project manage and create project plans for initiatives within the Acceleration Program, manage team resources, highlight and resolve issues/risks in order to deliver project objectives as defined
- Lead and facilitate efforts to define/document process maps for complex initiatives, incorporating the vision of the recommended solution and business workflows incorporating a continuous process capability
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders exhibiting a high level of collaboration, effective communication, trust and responsiveness
- Provide oversight and consultation regarding decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives
- Develop presentation materials for workshops, project sponsor check-ins and leadership updates
- Highlight organizational impacts and cross functional gaps, and play a leading role in developing roadmaps for successful implementation of the initiative
- Partner with Data Labs and IT groups to align processes, data analytics and technology solutions
- Ensure successful adoption of initiatives through change management and process improvements activities
Key Deliverables:
- Process/workflow maps that account for the critical interdependent activities that fall under the relevant Acceleration / Special Project at hand
- Future state role charters (accountabilities, skillset) and meeting charters
- Project plans and timelines for agreed upon test and learn pilots, process enhancements or system implementations
- Additional/re-vamped key interlock meetings where needed to ensure smooth handoff or coordination across multiple teams
- Capacity assessment to create baseline capacity available and identify key investment areas to support, enable or accelerate delivery of project goals
- Playbook/use cases and governance (decision rights, review, approval, SLA/timing) for key project milestones
- Change management plan identifying impact to people/process/tools and actions, owners and timeline to mitigate risk of changes being adopted
- Technology implementation:
- From/To process map and timeline to reflect impact of new tools and their input/output requirements
- Training tools for new tools/systems

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in defining a Brand's strategy and supporting its' execution
- Managerial experience in the Fashion Retail industry required
- Experience in leading process redesign, test and learn pilots, and technology implementation projects
- Change management experience
- Strong business acumen, paired with a customer-centric mindset and a can-do attitude
