Brand Development Manager Bodywear & Hosiery
HUGO BOSS Ticino SA | Coldrerio | Switzerland | Full-time

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Sited within our Brand Management Team, part of Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit the candidate will guarantee the development of the collections according to Company strategies and brand themes managing product range definitions, distribution and sales on a global level, taking care of the following tasks :

What you can expect:
  • Prepare seasonal and annual sales planning and its alignment with business unit's strategies.
  • Seasonal Forecasting
  • Create business outlooks in exchange with markets and Brand Managers
  • Consolidate product margins and collection complexity for relevant product categories to guarantee that product division targets are met.
  • Update country price grids together with Markets to ensure strategic positioning and to optimize the profitability of all Bodywear & Hosiery products
  • Define and update reporting and analysis to monitor and track business results and propose new actions if needed.
  • Manage strategic and special projects and presentations.
  • Partner with Brand Managers and Markets for the implementation of strategies.
  • Liaise with internal and external interfaces for consolidation of various data and implementations of strategies.


Your profile:
  • love working with figures, analyzing and strategic thinking
  • have a Master degree in Economics or comparable graduation.
  • have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • have a distinctive feeling for fashion, excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • have a strong organizational, team working, international and networking mindset.
  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP would be a plus.
  • Be fluent in English. German and Italian would be a plus.
