CRM & E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

We´re looking for you as a CRM & E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/f/x) in Berlin!

Your tasks:

• Coordination and sending of our weekly newsletter
• Execution of e-mail campaigns for collaborations and special events
• Coordination of communication between Marketing, Ecom and Graphics
• Creating reports and analyses as well as implementing the resulting optimization strategies
• Conducting A/B tests on subject lines, product presentations and target group segments
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of CRM automations
• Coordination of cross-channel campaigns for our retail stores and outlets
• Creation and maintenance of our newsletter plan
• Project management, e.g. a print campaign for loyal customers
• Developing a long-term CLV strategy together the performance marketing team

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in newsletter marketing or CRM
• You have already gained extensive experience with Emarsys
• You have an affinity for numbers and think analytically
• You are interested in fashion and brands
• You speak fluent German and English
