Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a sharp and creative Digital Communications Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team in Copenhagen.

In this position you will be an important part of the Cecilie Bahnsen brand and be an integral part of upholding the Cecilie Bahnsen aesthetic, tone of voice, and work across all digital touchpoints. Your daily tasks will include a variety of assignments, where you will be working across several departments and coordinate multiple projects and tasks, therefore it is imperative that you not only are a creative, but you are also extremely detail oriented and quick to execute given tasks.

Job mission                      

  • Execute communications on all digital platforms.
  • Own user-journeys across digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate to convey the values of the Cecilie Bahnsen brand

Key responsibilities         

Align with internal stakeholders
Align aim of communications with Creative Director
Map communication activities across product launches and commercial activities in close collaboration with Creative Director and Commercial teams.

Plan for timely execution
Lead planning for communications on SoMe (posts and stories), newsletters, PR and website
Ensure timely execution of communication on SoMe, Newsletter, for PR and website.

Create content and communications with exceptional aesthetics Lead production of content for activities; producing yourself, via partners or internal resources (intern).
Ensure high quality and adherence to brand values and tone-of-voice in all internal and external communications.
Lead process for quality of content for all digital channels, e.g. copy, imagery and posts.
Ensure production of rich media; Photoshop, video editing etc.

Own and develop digital channels
Own development of user journeys across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
Produce copy; texts for website, newsletters, product texts, SoMe, PR, SEO etc.

Engage our audience
Post on SoMe
Assist on customer care dialogue/responses

The Profile / The Ideal Candidate       

  • The ideal candidate has an appreciation of aesthetics and a proven track record of building communications platforms across multiple touchpoints. 
  • Customer oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
  • User-journey understanding and wireframing.
  • Experience in the fashion industry.
  • 3-5 years working with written communications.
  • Deep understanding of user-journeys and how it affects brand perception. 
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey brand values and attributes while enforcing sales. 
  • Experience in communications across platforms (IG, mail, web etc.).
  • Experience with building a CVI, PR and video is a plus.
