· Design & develop Sourcing Analytics metrices to help the GIS & Brands Team leverage data
· Build and Maintain Data Warehouse / Reporting systems / Dashboards
· Navigate through large volume of datasets, derive powerful insights and recommendations
· Conduct data analysis and deliver insights with minimal supervision
· Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates

About the Role

Who You Are
COMPETENCIES NEEDED
- Excellent Command over MS-Excel along with ability to develop advanced level of macros
- Mindset for Continuous optimization / Automation of data related processes
- Analytical skills to derive key insights & their impact to the business
- Experience with data warehousing tools like SQL Server, Access
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Studio, etc.
- Monitor data feeds to catch and correct issues, and enforce data best practices
- Proactively recognize important data anomalies and outliers for further investigation
- 4+ years of business-based analytics / technology experience
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Analytics / Consulting experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
