Job Details
Pre Market Prep
- Assist Sample preparation and shipment to international market
- Help to coordinate Models for in market appointments
- Help to support sales pass off, & Int’l pass off
- Help Sales Directors with pre-market recap reports
In Market Support // Post
- Will partake & assist in key major appointments
- Help to make sure that models are following guidelines
- Send out market assets to Agents and clients and update them with most recent version
- Participate in showroom upkeep
- Ensure all orders are integrated from JOOR to RLM post market
- Pull post market Order Confirmations
- Order Entry
Day to day responsibilities
- Collection selling reports from accounts and enter data & report regularly
- Organize and coordinate all sample movement from NY to all Points Int’l.
- Liaison between Ecomm, Marketing, Production and Design to coordinate samples
- Manage sample requests from international accounts/agents
- Provide ATS, style information, shipping updates when requested by Agents and accounts
- Responsible for providing copy information International Majors
- Send requested materials to agents and accounts such as photos, logos.
- Email International press recap to agents/accounts
- Send out OC
- Assist sales director with Reorders, Order adjustments
- Assist RA requests for damage returns/wrong shipment for In-house international accounts with Sales Administrator
- Assist Sales Director with projects as needed
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be detail and task oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize responsibilities around deadlines
- Contribute to positive and productive team culture
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Additional language skill – French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese preferred
