POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose is to define and build a consistent digital strategy, direction and capabilities, leading a seamless experience across all digital touch points. This role will be responsible for digital-centric consumer communication via translation of consumer insights into digital activation, campaign planning (digital & social) and campaign effectiveness analysis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Assist with Director to develop digital and social strategy in line with global/regional guideline and company objective.
  • Identify marketing and consumer opportunities, communicate our brand DNA in an innovative, holistic manner across all digital touch points
  • Enhance data driven marketing / measurement capabilities to make consumer-driven decisions
  • Develop annual digital & social plan and budget allocation
  • Lead digital campaigns planning and execution on the base of marketing objectives
  • Lead the relationship with key digital partners to optimize the brand visibilities and effectiveness on the digital platforms
  • Accountable for brand owned-media operation, enlarge brand-owned fan base and optimize engagement
  • Accountable for social KOL/KOC strategy development and execution
  • Work with regional and local content team to identify creative needs for digital content. Develop, manage and execute briefs to enrich the digital consumer journey.
  • Digital & social agency management
  • Post evaluates campaign performance by conducting or coordinating research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reports.
  • Improvement in TH Brand Health KPIS.
  • Competitors intelligence
  • Collaboration with EC team on brand heat moments and EC festivals

    INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

    Internal: Global team/Asia Team/EC team/Retail team/Other functions in the marketing team

External: Digital and social agency

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
