This role requiresat least 4-5years of related experiencepost-graduation, as well as knowledge ofboth systems analysis and business analysis. Knowledge ofsupply chain, master data integrations and product lifecycle management are important as well. if you have experience as a Business Analyst, a Support Analyst, an IT Analyst or in application support, you could be a great fit for this role.

The focus of this position is to work closely with the Data Analytics, Product Development, Costingand various IT teams to gain in-depth understanding of the Supply Chain strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documentationcapabilities needed to address & solve for Supply Chain challenges.

This Sr Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to large-size projects and partners with other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members.

The successful individual will leverage their proficienciesin IT Business Solutions for Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management and Data Analytics.

This role will report to the Manager of Global Supply Chain and will work primarily with the Business and IT organizations to deliver continuous improvement initiatives for Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Analytics. The Sr Analyst will play a key role working hand in hand with the Manager in connecting IT to the Business, identifying optimal technology solutions, and managing projects from ideation to delivery in North America, Asia and Europe.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Supply Chain to:
- Define and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
- Define, document user functional requirements for systems enhancements, reports, and
- Using insights to drive better business outcomes for across product development, merchandising, materials, and costing teams.
- Validate and Verify Requirements - Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet the relevant quality standards. This includes organizing, specifying and modelling all requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous/explicit
- Analyze and troubleshoot data to maintain the integrity our supply chain applications to enable successful execution of the business
- Develop Level, 1, 2 & 3 Flow charts for systems integrations, business process and system flow
- Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application level
- Conducting UAT Sessions
- Create training documentations (both systems & business process) & Provide training of the systems
- Train new Team(s) on Defect & Enhancement management process
- Help to investigate, escalated & take ownership of issues & drive for resolution across all systems
- Taking legible and comprehensive notes, sending recaps out for Meetings, Discovery Sessions and group workshops
- Implement/Manage a comprehensive management plan for each project
- Deliver application solutions with flexibility and sustainability, as well as meeting security and change management policy requirements
- Create direct channels of communication to the different Software Vendors (and their application developers that get the job done) without managerial interjection
- Schedule regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated on project progress
- Support existing and new systems, as necessary, on-boarding consultants and AMS partners as applicable

The accomplished individual will possess:
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, and 3+ years of experience in as a Business Analyst or functional expert role in IT
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes including areas such as Master Data, Merchandising, Sourcing & Manufacturing
- Experience in designing and implementing systems integration with external and third-party supply chain systems.
- Has a global mindset, can operate independently and ensure to report effectively
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience operating in a global environment including collaboration with international teams and offshore models is preferred
- Large scale systems implementation and Retail industry experience preferred
