Job title: Senior Digital Designer

Reports to: SVP of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce

AERIN is seeking a talented senior digital designer with an exceptional eye for detail who will lead the UX/UI and digital design efforts for AERIN.com, email marketing and paid media. The Senior Digital Designer will serve as the creative lead for the website and be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to execute the brand vision and identity in a cohesive manner across all digital applications while elevating the visual expression of the brand.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and creation of digital assets across a variety of channels in range of formats with quality and consistency.
• Lead the design, layout, and creation of marketing emails.
• Develop new email templates to expand the email marketing strategy.
• Lead the design and asset creation for site refreshes including homepage and landing page layouts, features, promotions, and edits.
• Lead the UX/UI design for site enhancements to help elevate and improve the customer experience.
• Design and create of all digital marketing assets including, retargeting, display, and paid social.
• Collaborate and ideate with cross-functional stakeholders on site enhancements, site refreshes, email, and digital marketing assets.
• Identify opportunities and present ideas and inspiration to help elevate the digital experience from a creative point of view.
• Execute digital creative based on brand standards and guidelines.
• Design and improve UX/UI based on insights garnered from analytics and heatmaps.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 8 year’s experience.
• Ecommerce design experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify Plus, or a similar platform.

• Previous experience in fashion, luxury, home, or an agency is preferred.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design best practices for ecommerce.
• Knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and design systems.
• Ability to execute pixel perfect designs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript.
