HR Project Manager - Business Partnering

Our P&O business and product team is looking for a new team member to support our tech talent strategy execution and the expansion of our international sites. If you have strong project management skills, people analytics experience, and a solution oriented mindset, please reach out to us. Strategic project management for the P&O business and product team
  • Work together with senior leadership team on strategic workforce development/ planning to ensure availability of needed capabilities
  • Establish a closer connection and continuous communication to relevant TA teams and set-up relevant projects, e.g. recruiting dashboards for business leads, support creating meaningful talent acquisition roadmaps
  • Contribute to evaluation rounds in terms of planning and executing as well as exchanging closely with the central team
  • Manage the teams operational plan and ensure the fit to business and overall P&O OP's
  • Ensure a close connection to the ongoing "Transform P&O" (TPO) project, influence the design phase, be involved in testing phase and generally ensure the business partner community stays informed
  • Act as overall PMO for the ongoing attrition project, define roadmap, support solution design, leverage data insights and support change and communication measures
  • Contribute to the business partner tech community and take over responsibility for overarching projects

International (tech) site coordination
  • Oversee the strategic initiatives, e.g. future of work, early career programs, and ensure strong collaboration between HQ and international sites
  • Develop a new concept for business reviews and contribute to regular evaluation of sites health
  • Manage the governance and international employment project and liaise with central functions such as Legal, People & Organization, Corporate Communications to ensure fit for purpose governance and talent programs

Analytics support to the the P&O business & product team
  • Translate data analysis and evaluation into strategy recommendations to inform executive decision making
  • Provide data and analytical insights to our business units to derive best in class talent solutions and develop the right people strategies
  • Leverage available insights to inform your solution development and discussion with the business, e.g. employee engagement surveys, people KPI dashboard, ad hoc analysis, workforce insights
  • Enable the business partner team in data analytics, on storytelling and on how to make outcomes more tangible to business leads
  • Embed data analytics in the team's ways of working and establish data driven decision making processes
  • Ensure close collaboration with the people planning and reporting team
  • An individual with ideally 3-4 years experience, who feels a strong connection to our founding mindset
