The Department & Team

The Tommy Hilfiger global & PVH EMEA visual merchandising, display & windows department is a creative hub within omni-channel organization. This department oversees the creative strategy, development, and execution of product presentation across Tommy Hifliger global, Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brand and all points of sale. This includes full price retail stores, franchise locations, wholesale shop-in-shops, concession, and outlet channels. The Tommy Hilfiger global team sets global direction and works collaboratively with two other regional hubs in: New York and Hong Kong. To extend this outreach the team is set-up to also support the needs of local markets across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This team works in parallel with the global marketing team on a 360 concept and consumer messaging approach. The Calvin Klein regional team collaborates with the New York global headquarters on adapted direction to support the EMEA business needs. This includes visual merchandising, campaign roll out, and display strategies across the region. This team works in collaboration with numerous functions across the omni-channel business as well as local markets. The team environment is collaborative, dynamic, innovative, resourceful, open and respectful.

The Tommy Hilfiger global & PVH EMEA visual merchandising, display & windows teams are responsible for creating and communicating all Visual Merchandising tools including all seasonal guidelines, principles, and training tools for all divisions across the Tommy Hilfiger global, Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brands. Tools that will help provide a look and feel that represent both brands and protects its core DNA and ensures that retail/franchise stores, shop-in-shops, and outlets are delivering premium consumer experience through dynamic product presentation. This is supported by strong collaboration with store concept & design, marketing, merchandising, markets and all areas of the omni-channel team to ensure that the omni-channel visual merchandising, display, and windows strategy, the countries and point of sale needs are met.

The Position

The Senior Manager, Window Planning & Production TH Global reports into the Director, Window Design & Development, TH Global. In this role you will strategically be connected and collaborate closely with the other sub teams within the Visual Merchandising, Display, and Window team. Your main objective is to drive overall planning and production strategies for TH windows in EMEA. This role will also work closely with the other regional hubs in MEA+ New York and Hong Kong on setting and delivering highly effective toolkits and support local production and quality control. This role works closely together with Manager, Window Concept Design Retail + Outlets. The main contribution is driving seasonal production schedule for seasonal and non-seasonal Global Retail and Outlet Window Concepts for all divisions - World of Hilfiger, World of Tommy and TH Kids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage window production and planning team directly in a collaborative and agile approach.
  • Drive and Optimize window rollout & production with advanced window calendars, prioritizing brand campaigns working alongside brand, marketing and omni-channel stakeholders.
  • Manage data and drive window process efficiency including local production in Americas, MEA+, and Asia Pacific.
  • Manage window central window production and local production needs in the market whilst driving circularity & sustainability strategies throughout window rollout and process. Collaborating alongside design and a full roster of vendors to achieve and contribute into the company's sustainable vision.
  • Deliver and develop a sustainable & window planning strategy.
  • Deliver and drive automated window and prop order tool working together with the windows team and a strong collaboration with the markets.
  • Work within department matrix structure, think end-to-end beyond silos, and apply cross functional collaboration where needed to achieve company objectives.
  • Partner with Manager, Window Concept Design, as well as the Window activation team on managing window budgets process O&O store and Franchises window orders.
  • Partner with central procurement department on Vendor selection and contract management.
  • Manage and partner with finance department for all recharges, and PO handling.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the collaboration with other departments and improve consumer messaging through qualitative window execution and experience in all TH points of sales.

The Ideal Candidate description:
  • University Graduate or above, preferably in design subject
  • Minimum 6 years proven work experience as a Planning or Production manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English), with direct reports and peers.
  • Must be proficient with all MAC / PC platforms, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote.
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
  • Practical skills for supporting in-store window and event installations.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, passion and interest in art, design and fashion.
  • Ability to manage and switch between projects and work streams.
  • Event Production experience
  • Global experience working with various cultures and a multi-cultural organization
  • Retail and wholesale shop interior experience
