TheTeam

The Channel Operations team is part of the Central Operations department based at the PVH Headquarters in Amsterdam. To ensure that our European Own and Operated Retail Stores,Ecomand Concessions business receive the right product at the right time, we are currently seeking for a dynamic, eager to learn, analytical hands on Channel Operations Coordinator. The Channel Ops team is in close collaboration with our European local country teams overseeing all the activities involved to ensure efficient movement of goods throughout our supply chain.

The Position

The Channel Operations Coordinator will support and advise the local Retail Buying and Merchandising teams in all operational tasks (order books, deliveries and shipments, system & master data issues, reporting etc.), focusing on order book management and shipping performance. He/she will pro-actively ensure operational excellence and identifies within the day to day activities and business processes areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Order book maintenance and management (changing, completing, releasing and shipping orders) andanalyzeperformance.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local Retail &EcomBuying/Planning and Merchandising teams through day-to-day regular meetings and communications.
  
• Monitor and control business operations to meet Retail &EcomOwn and Operated expectations and company goals.
  
• Creating order summary reports & seasonal reports in various reporting systems.
  
• Liaise between countries, Warehouse and Central Operations teams to ensure on time and complete deliveries. Monitor goods movement and resolve daily shipping issues.
  

• Support and manage calendar and data accuracy requirements.
  
• Identify issues in operational processes and initiate solving them in quickly and timely manner.
  
• Maintain clear and accurate operations training documentation for reference purposes.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has a natural sense for numbers, processes and systems. He/she is precise and tends to work accurately and timely.He/Sheis social as daily communication with local Retail country teams as well as HQ central teams is required.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving skills
  
• Self-starter with a hands-on-approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast paced environment
  

• Having a natural sense to numbers, processes & systems is key
  
• Flexible and open to change
  
• True team player
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel andPowerpointis a must, SAP knowledge is a prerequisite
