We are looking for an Omnichannel Buying and Merchandising Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.

Within this role you will be responsible for assisting the Omnichannel Buyer with analyzing and optimizing stock between the online platform and retail stores, in order to increase and drive sales across the business.

Key tasks to cover in the role will be:

  • Responsibility for weekly sales analysis of seasonal and carryover collections
  • Maintenance of the following parameters through reporting; sales, stock, weeks cover, sell through % and average ROS
  • Managing weekly trade actions to move and optimize stock, placing reorders and store transfers with the main goal to maximize selling between the ecom and retail channels
  • Identifying and highlighting commercial repeats in season and potential reorders needed on carryover styles
  • Prepare for end of season evaluations; best and slow sellers, colour analysis and average price points to be presented to production and design team
  • Closely working with key retail teams through weekly store visits to our flagship to gather feedback and insights from the shop floor
  • Support the buyer during the buying campaigns with planning and trade analysis, order in-putting and sharing order confirmations
  • Managing key department store accounts by sharing assortment registration files each season, maintaining updated prices and following styles online to ensure collection launches go live and are performing in line with brand bestsellers
  • Market and competitor pricing evaluation input on a seasonal basis
